Subscription terms

These terms and conditions apply to the agreement for an ongoing subscription to BrainDrops products (the "Subscription") provided by Nordic Brain Health NO to private customers in Norway.

1. General

The subscription means that you as a customer automatically receive BrainDrops products according to the delivery frequency and number of units you have chosen. The terms and conditions apply in addition to our general terms and conditions of purchase and privacy policy.

2. Sample package and further deliveries

  • When you start your subscription, you will receive a trial pack of 60 capsules for NOK 199 .

  • After 30 days you will automatically receive a new pack of 120 capsules for NOK 549,- .

  • After that, 120 capsules are delivered every 60 days for NOK 549 .


3. Binding time

The subscription has no binding period . You are free to change or cancel your subscription at any time.

4. Changes, pause and postponement

You can manage your subscription yourself at any time via our customer portal. This includes:

  • pause or postponement of deliveries

  • expedite deliveries

  • change delivery frequency or quantity

5. Termination

The cancellation is effective immediately. If you cancel your subscription later than 3 days before the scheduled shipment , we reserve the right to send the relevant delivery, as it has already been packaged.

6. Delivery and shipping

Delivery is direct to your home. Shipping is always free .

7. Payment

The subscription is paid by credit card. The following card types are accepted: VISA, MasterCard and Maestro . The amount is automatically deducted with each shipment.

When you subscribe to BrainDrops, you agree that we store your card details securely through our payment provider (Shopify Payments/Stripe). The information is stored encrypted in accordance with current security standards (PCI-DSS), and we do not have access to your full card number.


Payment deduction is done as follows:

  • The sample package is reserved when ordering, but the amount is only deducted when the package is shipped.

  • After 30 days, the next package (120 capsules) will be shipped, and the amount will be deducted from your card on the same day the package is shipped.

  • The amount is then automatically deducted with each new delivery according to the selected delivery interval (normally every 60 days), always on the same day the package is sent.

You will always be able to see the next shipment date and amount in the Customer Portal.


The subscription has no binding period. You can manage, suspend, change or terminate your subscription at any time via the Customer Portal or by contacting our customer service at kundeservice@braindrops.no.

8. Right of withdrawal

When ordering a subscription, the right of withdrawal applies to the first delivery , cf. the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act. The product must be returned in its original, unopened packaging. The right of withdrawal does not apply to subsequent shipments in the subscription, as the product is the same.

9. Price changes

Price changes may occur. You will always receive notice well in advance before a new price takes effect.

10. Changes to the subscription terms

We may update the subscription terms as needed. In the event of significant changes, you as a customer will be clearly notified in advance.
