At Braindrops, we want you to shop with confidence. This Refund Policy explains your rights regarding returns, refunds, and subscription purchases made through www.braindrops.eu.
Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer residing within the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without providing any reason.

Exceptions for Food Supplements
For health protection and hygiene reasons, food supplements cannot be returned if the product has been opened, unsealed, or otherwise used after delivery.
If the product remains unopened and in its original condition, it may be returned within the applicable withdrawal period.
Return Conditions

- The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase.
Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We may request photos or additional information to assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution, including replacement or refund where applicable.
Refund Processing

Subscription Orders
Certain products may be purchased through a recurring subscription program.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges according to the subscription terms presented at checkout.
Some subscription offers may begin with an introductory trial package at a reduced price. Unless cancelled before the next scheduled renewal, the subscription will automatically continue at the recurring subscription price disclosed at checkout.
Managing Your Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account or by contacting support@braindrops.eu.
Cancellation will prevent future subscription renewals but does not affect orders that have already been processed or shipped.
Refunds for Subscription Orders
Subscription orders that have already been processed, fulfilled, or shipped are generally not eligible for cancellation or refund.
If a subscription order is cancelled before it has been processed, no further charges will be made.

The withdrawal form can be accessed through the footer and customer service pages and remains available throughout the withdrawal period.
